Oregon State University and University of Oregon offer free borrowing privileges to Oregon residents 16 years and older through their Oregon Card programs.
Portland State University offers free borrowing privileges to Oregon residents who show a public library card and photo ID to PSU Library Circulation Desk. Others may pay a $50 annual fee for borrowing privileges.
Interlibrary loan (ILL) is an option for you! If you are affiliated with another college or university, check with your college/university's library to see what local ILL services they offer.
UCC Library offers Interlibrary Loan services for current students taking credit classes, but the items will need to be picked up at the Main Campus at the library's circulation desk.
Many public libraries will also offer ILL services to patrons, although you may need to pay additional processing fees.
