The American Journal of Enology and Viticulture (AJEV), published quarterly, is the official journal of the American Society for Enology and Viticulture (ASEV) and is the premier journal in the English language dedicated to scientific research on winemaking and grapegrowing.
In addition to the useful but limited website for Wines & Vines much of the content of the magazine is indexed and available in full text in this Gale database.

Some free content, among plenty that is locked down for subscribers only. "Daily Wine Picks", news, and selected articles are free. The library subscribes to the print version.
Selected content from each monthly issue is available free on their website along with wine news and other links. Personal subscribers have access to a lot more. The library doesn't have an institutional subscription and cannot provide access to restricted resources on the site. The library does have the each monthly issue in print.
