How to Import Your Existing List in Curriculum Builder

If you have already created a list in Curriculum Builder for another class or in a previous term, you can import that existing list for your current class. Here are basic instructions for how to do this. Please contact the library if you experience any issues with this or if you have any questions.

  1. Select the +Module button. (I’m assuming you want your Reading List as a new module.)
  2. Name the module.
  3. Select the + button for the new module.
  4. Select External Tool.
  5. Select Add Library Resources and scroll down to rename the Page Name from Add Library Resource to what you want.
  6. Click on Add Item button.
  7. Select the renamed link.
  8. Click on See Current Reading List.
  9. Click on Import from Existing List (Note: The current response time is at least 5 minutes).
  10. You will receive a list of existing reading lists.
  11. You will see two lists.  One is Your Lists and the other is All Public Lists.
  12. Select the list you want from one of these two lists.
  13. Click View this List.
